Washing
- Hand wash in cold water using a gentle, wool-safe detergent
- Do not rub or wring — gently squeeze the water through the fabric
- Rinse thoroughly in cold water
- Alternatively, dry clean for best results
Drying
- Lay flat on a clean towel to dry, reshaping gently
- Do not tumble dry
- Avoid direct sunlight and heat sources
- Never hang to dry — this can stretch the garment
Storage
- Fold and store flat in a cool, dry place
- Avoid hanging for long periods
- Store with cedar balls or lavender sachets to naturally deter moths
- For seasonal storage, place in a breathable cotton bag
Pilling
Some light pilling may occur with wear — this is natural for fine fibres. Use a fabric comb or cashmere comb to gently remove any pills.
General Tips
- Air your garment between wears rather than washing after every use
- Treat stains immediately by gently dabbing with cold water
- Avoid contact with rough surfaces that may cause friction
